1992 WATER AND SEWERAGE (AMENDMENT) S.R.O. 6 COMMONWEALTH OF DOMINICA STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS No. 6 OF 1992. ORDER MADE by the Public Utility Commission under section 8 of the Public Utility Commission Act, 1972. (Gazetted 27th February, 1992.) 1. This Order may be cited as the- Short title. WATER AND SEWERAGE (AMENUMENT) ORDER, 1992. 2· In this Order the Central Water Authority Regulations, Interpretation. 1972 is referred to as "the Regulations." s,a.o. No. I of 1973. 3. Schedule 2 is amended by replacing paragraph three of Ttem Amendment of 2 headed Commercial with the following- Schedule 2 of the Regulations. "For more than 10,000 gallons per month $12.50 per 1,000 gallons." 4. This Order shall be deemed to have come into force on 31st Commencement. January, 1992. Made this 24th day of February, 1992. C.
