(Gazetted 14th October, 1999) BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Dominica as follows: 1. This Act may be cited as sotm WASTE MANAGEMENT CORPORATION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1m. Short litle. 129 2. In this Act the Solid Waste Management Corporation Interpretation is referred to as "theAct".. Act No.17of 1996 130 SOLlDWASTE ACT 10 MANA(;EMENtCORPORATION (AMENDMENT) 3. Setti6n 19 of the Act is repealed a~d replaced as fotfows: "Amendment 19. The Minister may by Order amend ofSchedules.
