SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT (AMENDMENT) N. J. O. Liverpool President AN ACT TO AMEND THE SOLID WASTE MANAGE MENT ACT 2002 (NO.1 OF 2002). BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Dominica as follows: SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2008 Interprelation. No. I of 2002. 2. In this Act "the Act" means the Solid Waste Management Act 2002. Amendment of section 51A of tile Act. 3. Section 51A of the Act is amended by deleting subsection (I) and substituting the following: (a) goods imported into Dominica falling under Tar iff Heading set out under Column I, described in the corresponding entry in Column II, at the rates set out in the corresponding entry in Column III of Schedule 7; and ALEX F.
