SEWERAGE (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS Made by the Minister after consultation with the Dominica Water and Sewerage Company Ltd. under section 68 of the Water and Sewerage Act, Chap. 43:40. (b) These Regulations shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1'1 day of September, 2007. 2. The Sewerage Regulations 1997 is amended by deleting Schedule I and substituting the following Rate Per Property Per Month (b) Commercial and Industrial (other than Industrial under paragraph (c») 40% of total water charges but not less than $45.00 and not more than $2,500.00 Short tille and Commencement. Amendment ofSRO No. 61 of 1997. (c) Industrial using water as a factor of production 2. (a) Areas in Roseau and Environs served by the New Roseau Sanitation Project (b) Other areas, including Canfield and Jimmit Reconnection fee for water supply where disconnection effected by Company for non-payment or other contravention.
