) 1993 WATER AND SEWERAGE (AMENDMENT) S.R.O.12 ,, ) COMMONWEALTH OF DOMINICA STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS No. 12 OF 1993 ORDER MADE by the Public Utility Commission under section 8 of the Public Utility Commission Act (Chap. 43:01). (Gazetted 8th April, 1993.) 1. This Order may be cited as the WATER AND SEWERAGE (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1993. Short title. $5.75 monthly". ) 2. In this Order the Central Water Authority Regulations Interpretation. 1972 is referred to as "the Regulations". S.R.O. No.1 of 1973. 3. Schedule I of the Regulations is amended by replacing Amendment of paragraph 1 with the following ~~~~~:~~s~f the "1. With water supplied through a pipe provided the propertydoes not have more than one fixture. 4. This Order shall be deemed to have come into force on the Commencement. 31st day of January, 1992.
