2012 NATIONAL PARKS S.R.O. 24 AND PROTECTED AREAS (ECO TOURIST SITE) COMMONWEALTH OFDOMINICA STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS NO. 24 OF 2012. REGULATIONS MADE by the Minister under section 16 of the National Parks and Protected Areas Act (Chap. 42:02). (Gazetted July 30 , 2012.) 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Short title. PREMIUM SITE REGULATIONS, 2012 2. In these Regulations - Interpretation. "Premium Site" means the restriction of access to the eco tourist site listed in Schedule I. 3. Subject to regulations 4, all persons visiting the Trafalgar Persons visiting the Falls eco-tourist site shall have an exclusive site pass called a trafalgar premium site pass, as set out in Schedule II before visiting the site, on cruise ship days. 4. Access to the site shall be reserved from 8:00am to Access. I:00pm for the organised tours when a cruiseship is in port. 5. No private tours shall have access to the site between the hours of 8:00am to 1:00pm when a cruiseship is in port. 6. All other provisions as set out in the National Parks and Protected Areas Act shall continue to apply to the Trafalgar Chap. 42.02.
