National Parks and Protected Areas (Eco-tourism Site) (User Fee) (Amendment) Regulations, 2013 (S.R.O. No. 7 of 2013)

2013 NATIONAL PARKS AND S.R.O. 7 PROTECTED AREAS (AMENDMENT) COMMONWEALTH OF DOMINICA STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS NO. 7 OF 2013. REGULATIONS MADE by the Minister under section 16 of the National Parks and Protected Areas Act, (Chap. 42:02 ). (Gazetted April 18, 2013.) 1. These Regulations may be cited as the NATIONAL PARKS AND PROTECTED AREAS ( ECO-TOURIST SITE) (USER FEE) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2013. 2. In these Regulations the National Parks and Protected Areas (Eco-tourist Site)(User Fee) Regulations are referred to as the “ Principal Regulations.” 3. Schedule I to the Principal Regulations is amended by inserting the words “ Waitukubuli National Trail” immediately after the words “ Trafalgar Falls”. 4. Schedule II to the Principal Regulations is repealed and replaced as follows: Short title. Interpretation. SRO No. 27 of 1997. Amendment of Schedule I. Repeal and replacement of Schedule II. 2013 NATIONAL PARKS AND S.R.O. 7 PROTECTED AREAS (AMENDMENT) “SCHEDULE II The following fees shall be paid before visiting an eco-tourism site: US$3.00 for a site visit for pre-sold organised tours to any eco-tourism site except the Waitukubuli National Trail; US$5.00 for a site visit for private tours to any eco-tourism site except the Waitukubuli National Trail; US$12.00 for a week pass to visit any eco-tourism site or sites except the Waitukubuli National Trail; US$12.00 for a day pass to visit any segment or segments of the Waitukubuli National Trail; US$40.00 for a fifteen day pass to visit any segment or segments of the Waitukubuli National Trail; US$10.00 for a special pass for pre-sold organised tours or promotional events.” Made this 5th day of April , 2013.
