1994 DOMINICA BANANA GROWERS ACT 13 ASSOCIAnON (AMENDMENT) 75 COMMONWEALTH OF DOMINICA ACT No. 13 OF 1994 I assent C.A. SORHAINDO President. 16th September, 1994. AN ACT TO AMEND THE DOMINICA BANANA GROWERS ASSOCIATION ACT, CHAP. 58:03. (Gazetted 22nd September, 1994.) BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Dominica as follows: 1. This Act may be cited as the DOMINICA BANANA GROWERS ASSOCIATION (AMENDMENT) ACT 1994. Short title. 76 1994 DOMINICA BANANA GROWERS ASSOCIAnON (AMENDMENT) ACT 13 Interpretation. Ch.58:03. Amendment of section 14 of the AcL 2. In this Act the Dominica Banana Growers Association Act is referred to as "the Act". 3. Section 14 ofthe Act is amended by inserting the following subsection: "(7) Notwithstanding subsection (5) the Minister may by Order postpone the annual general meet ng of each district branch.". Commencement. 4. This Act shall be deemed to have come into effect on the 15th day of February, 1994. Passed in the House of Assembly this 24th day of August, 1994. M. ALB ERTHA JNO.
