BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice anJ consent of the House of Assembly of Dominica, and by the Authority of the same as follows: 1. This Act may be cited as the CENTRAL WATER AUTHORITY (AMENDME;'l;T) ACT, 1975. Short title. 105 2. The Central Water Authority Act No. 33 of 1967 is amended Amendment of by replacing section 3(2) thereof with the following: the Act.
