2015 CARIB RESERVE ACT 2 (AMENDMENT) COMMONWEALTH OF DOMINICA ACT No. 2 OF 2015. I assent $20 CHARLES A. SAVARIN President 12th March, 2015 AN ACT TO AMEND THE CARIB RESERVE ACT CHAPTER 25:90. (Gazetted 19th March, 2015.) BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Dominica as follows: 1. This Act may be cited as the CARIB RESERVE (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2015. 2. In this Act the Carib Reserve Act is referred to as "the Interpretation. Act." Chap 25:90 . 4 2015 CARIB RESERVE ACT 2 (AMENDMENT) Repeal and replacement 3. Section 1 of the Act is repealed and replaced by the of section 1. following: "Short title. 1. (1) This Act may be cited as the KALINAGO TERRITORY ACT." (2) For the avoidance of doubt this Act, formerly referred to as the Carib Reserve Act shall be referred to as the Kalinago Territory Act. Amendment of the Act. 4. The Act is amended by deleting the words (a) "carib" in the long title and wherever it appears and substituting the word "kalinago"; and (b) "Reserve" wherever it appears and substituting the word "Territory".
