Implementing LEX-FAOC099165 Article 1 (sections 2-5) art. 4 (sect. 1 and 5) and article 24 of Act No. 445. The Order consists of 11 Chapters: Content and purpose (1); Definitions (2); Application for subsidy (3); Prioritization of grant applications (4); Areas which aid may be granted (5); Conditions, rate for and payment of financial aid (6); Cross-compliance (7); Transfer of holdings (8); Inspection (9); Penalties (10); Entry into force (11). This Order applies to specific financial support for farmers, who produce perennial energy crops on land eligible to the single payment scheme. Special support shall be provided under Article 68 of Council Regulation (EC) No 73/2009 of 19 January 2009 on common rules for the CAP direct support schemes for farmers and establishing certain support schemes for farmers, amending Regulations (EC) No 1290/2005, (EC) No 247/2006, (EC) No . 378/2007 and repealing Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003.
