BEK nr 182 af 20/02/2008 Gældende Offentliggørelsesdato: 15-03-2008 Miljøministeriet Lovgivning forskriften vedrører LBK nr 937 af 24/09/2009 Den fulde tekst Bekendtgørelse om ikrafttræden af § 15, stk. 2, nr. 25, i lov om planlægning I medfør af § 2, 2.pkt., i lov nr. 537 af 6. juni 2007 om ændring af lov om planlægning (Bypolitik m.v.) bestemmes, at § 15, stk. 2, nr. 25, i lov om planlægning, som affattet ved ændringslovens § 1, nr. 14, træder i kraft den 17. marts 2008.
