I § 4, stk. 4, ændres »29. oktober 2013« til: »5. november 2013«. § 2 Bekendtgørelsen træder i kraft den 1. november 2013 og har også virkning for ansøgninger, der er modtaget i perioden fra den 30. oktober 2013 og indtil ikrafttrædelsesdatoen.
