DECRETO Nº 17486-MAG-S EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPUBLICA Y LOS MINISTROS DE AGRICULTURA Y GANADERIA Y DE SALUD Decretan: Artículo 1: Prohibir el registro, la importación, venta y uso del herbicida Ácido 2, 4, 5 Triclorofenoxiacético (2,4,5 T). Artículo 2: Prohibir el registro, la importación, venta y uso del herbicida Ácido 2 (2,4,5 Triclorofenoxi) propílico. Artículo 3: El Ministerio de Agricultura y Ganadería velará por el cumplimiento de estas disposiciones. Artículo 4: Rige a partir de su publicación. Dado en la Presidencia de la República. San José, a los siete días del mes de abril de mil novecientos ochenta y siete. Publicado en La Gaceta Nº 39 de 25 de febrero de 1988.
