新疆维吾尔自治区代表大会常务委员会关于确定自治区环境保护税应税 大气污染物、水污染物适用税额和征税范围的决定 新疆维吾尔自治区第十二届人民代表大会常务委员会第三十三次会议审议了自治区人民政府关于 确定自治区环境保护税应税大气污染物、水污染物适用税额和征税范围的议案。会议同意自治区人民 代表大会财政经济委员会的审查报告，决定同意自治区人民政府提出的自治区环境保护税应税大气污 染物、水污染物适用税额和征税范围，即自治区大气污染物适用税额为每污染当量 1.2元，水污染物 适用税额为每污染当量 1.4元，不增加同一排污口大气污染物和水污染物应税项目数。具体方案由自 治区人民政府发布。
