国家保护的有益的或者有重要经济、科 学研究价值的陆生野生动物名录 国家林业和草原局公告 2023 年第 17 号 按照《野生动物保护法》第十条规定，我局制定了《有重要生态、 科学、社会价值的陆生野生动物名录》，经征求农业农村、自然资源、 科学技术、生态环境、卫生健康等部门意见，并组织科学论证评估，现 予以公布，自公布之日起施行。 人工繁育有重要生态、科学、社会价值的陆生野生动物的，应当依 法及时办理备案手续；本公告发布前已经开展人工繁育有重要生态、科 学、社会价值的陆生野生动物活动的，应当于 2023 年 9 月 30 日前依 法办理备案手续。 特此公告。 国家林业和草原局 2023 年 6 月 26 日 附：《有重要生态、科学、社会价值的陆生野生动物名录》.pdf
