第一条 根据《中华人民共和国保守国家秘密法》有关规定，国土资源部会同国家保密局规定 国 土资源管理工作国家秘密范围。
第二条 国土资源管理工作中的国家秘密范围： 一、绝密级范围 （一）公开或泄露后会 严重损害国家形象和社会安定的国土资源数据； （二）公开或泄露后会引发严重外交纠纷、 边界争端的矿产资源调查和为国防建设和军事目的服务的 探测工作情况。 二、机密级范围 （一）公开或泄露后会对党和国家领导人安全构成严重威胁的土地资料； （二）公开或泄露 后会引发边界争议或不利于边界问题解决的地质调查工作情况。 三、秘密级范围 公开或 泄露后会削弱军事防御能力的区域性国土资源测绘资料。
第三条 国土资源管理工作中涉及军事、海洋、测绘和放射性矿产的国家秘密，从其主管部门 保 密范围的规定。
第四条 本规定由国土资源部负责解释。
第五条 本规定自颁布之日起施行。1994 年地质矿产部、国家保密局印发的《地质矿产工作中 国 家秘密及其密级具体范围的规定》和 1997 年国家土地管理局、国家保密局印发《土地管理工作中 国家秘 密及其密级具体范围的规定》同时废止。
