<!-- page 1 --> 才 土地管理工作中国家秘密及其密级具体范围的规定 4 第一条 土地管理工作中国家秘密的具体范围包括 : (一)土地利用发展战略、总体规划方案 ; (二)全国 土地的年度和中长期计划的主要指标(包括国家建设`、乡镇企业和农民建房用地计划) ; (三)未经国家 或者当地人民政府批准公开的土地统计数据 ; (四)土地资源详查和城镇村庄地籍调查尚属保密技术成 果 ; (五)各地报国务院审批的项目用地有人文件资料和图>。 第二条 土地管理工作中国家秘密的密级 具体范围如下 : (一)机密级事项 1. 标明大地坐标的地籍图>及有人资料 ; 2. 全国国土面积量算成果 ; 3. 全国土地利用总体规划纲要和年度、中长期土地利用计划 ; 4. 未经国家或者当地人民政府批准公开 的土地统计数据 ; 5. 各地报国务院审批的机密以上工程项目用地有人文件资料和图>。 (二)秘密级事 项 1. 土地利用现状详查成果， 城镇地籍调查成果 ; 2. 土地管理科研计划和国家批准的发明以及可能 成为发明的阶段性成果 ; 3. 对外合作谈判方案和涉外项目中未经公开的土地资源测绘有人资料 ; 4 未经国家或者当地人民政府批准公开的土地违法案件统计数据资料。第二条 本规定和目 1989 年 10 月 30 日起生效。
