为进一步加强特殊膳食用食品管理，现将特殊膳食用食品中氨基酸管理的有关规定公告如 下。 一、《食品安全国家标准婴儿配方食品》（GB 10765）、《食品安全国家标准较大婴儿配方 食品》（GB 10766）、《食品安全国家标准特殊医学用途婴儿配方食品通则》（GB 25596）、 《食品安全国家标准特殊医学用途配方食品通则》（GB 29922）、《食品安全国家标准运动营养 食品通则》（GB 24154）等食品安全国家标准中的氨基酸作为食品营养强化剂管理，其使用应符 合特殊膳食用食品各自标准及相关规定。 二、为便于特殊膳食用食品中氨基酸的使用和管理，本公告附件汇总了上述标准的相关内 容，并补充完善了部分质量规格要求、检验方法等。氨基酸作为食品营养强化剂使用时，应按本 公告及附件的规定执行。 三、氨基酸作为非食品营养强化剂的食品添加剂使用时，应按照《食品安全国家标准 食品添 加剂使用标准》(GB 2760）使用，其质量规格要求按照相应食品添加剂质量规格标准规定执行。 特此公告。 附件： 食品营养强化剂氨基酸使用的有关要求 国家卫生健康委员会 国家市场监督管理总局 2023 年 11 月 26 日 http://file1.foodmate.net/file/upload/202312/01/11383644563536.pdf
