中华人民共和国国土资源部令第 67 号 中华人民共和国国土资源部令 第 67 号 《国土资源部关于〈国土资源行政处罚办法〉第七条的解释》已经 2016 年 5 月 10 日国土资源部 第 3 次部务会议审议通过，现予公布，自公布之日起施行。 部长 姜大明 2016 年 5 月 12 日 国土资源部关于《国土资源行政处罚办法》 第七条的解释 （2016 年 5 月 10 日国土资源部第 3 次部务会议通过） 根据《规章制定程序条例》第三十三条的规定，对《国土资源行政处罚办法》第七条中“全国范 围内重大、复杂”的国土资源违法案件作如下解释： 一、全国范围内重大、复杂的国土资源违法案件是指： （一）国务院要求国土资源部管辖的国土资源违法案件； （二）跨省级行政区域的国土资源违法案件； （三）国土资源部认为应当由其管辖的其他国土资源违法案件。 二、本解释自公布之日起实施。
