内蒙古自治区人民政府第 240 号令 内蒙古自治区人民政府令 第 240 号 《内蒙古自治区人民政府关于废止〈内蒙古自治区矿山地质环境治理办法〉的决 定》已经 2019 年 8 月 5 日自治区人民政府 2019 年第 15 次常务会议审议通过，现予 公布，自公布之日起生效。 自治区主席布小林 2019 年 8 月 21 日 内蒙古自治区人民政府关于废止《内蒙古自治区矿山地质环境治理办法》的决定 为了维护社会主义法制统一，落实国务院“放管服”改革要求，减轻矿山企业负担， 释放矿山企业活力，经 2019 年 8 月 5 日自治区人民政府 2019 年第 15 次常务会议审 议，决定废止《内蒙古自治区矿山地质环境治理办法》(2015 年 3 月 27 日内蒙古自治 区人民政府令第 212 号发布、2017 年 1 月 17 日内蒙古自治区人民政府令第 222 号修 正)。 本决定自公布之日起生效。
