全国环保系统六项禁令 （２００３年１２月４日国家环境保护总局令第２０号发布） 为规范环保工作人员的执法监管行为，严格依法行政，现颁布以下六项禁令： 一、严禁违法、违规、违纪审批项目。 二、严禁包庇、纵容、袒护环境违法行为。 三、严禁乱收费、乱罚款。 四、严禁监测、统计、验收工作弄虚作假、伪造数据。 五、严禁干预、插手环保工程项目招投标、指定施工队伍和环保产品、设备。 六、严禁利用职权收受下属单位或业务联系单位的礼金、报销应由个人支付的费 用、侵占公共财物。 凡违反上述禁令的，视情节予以组织处理、纪律处分直至撤职、开除；涉嫌犯罪 的，依法移送司法机关；对违反禁令行为查处不力的、包庇袒护的，依法追究有关领 导的责任。
