全国人大常委会关于批准《2006 年海事劳工公约》的决定 （2015 年 8 月 29 日第十二届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第十六次会议通过） 第十二届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第十六次会议决定：批准国际劳工组织于 2006 年 2 月 23 日在日内瓦召开的第 94 届国际劳工大会上通过的《2006 年海事劳工公约》，同时声明： 一、根据《2006 年海事劳工公约》标准 A4.5 第十款规定，中华人民共和国适用的社会保险类别 为：养老保险、医疗保险、工伤保险、失业保险和生育保险。 二、在中华人民共和国政府另行通知前，《2006 年海事劳工公约》暂不适用于中华人民共和国香 港特别行政区和澳门特别行政区。
