全国人大常委会关于修改《中华人民共和国未成年人保护法》的 决定 2012 年 10 月 27 日 第十一届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第二十九次会议决定对《中华人民共和国未成年人保护 法》作如下修改： 将第五十六条第一款修改为：“讯问、审判未成年犯罪嫌疑人、被告人，询问未成年证人、被害 人，应当依照刑事诉讼法的规定通知其法定代理人或者其他人员到场。” 本决定自 2013年 1月 1日起施行。 《中华人民共和国未成年人保护法》根据本决定作相应修改，重新公布。
