2/20/2020 全国人民代表大会常务委员会关于批准《关于持久性有机污染物的斯德哥尔摩公约》的决定 2004年第23号国务院公报 中国政府网 www.gov.cn/gongbao/content/2004/content 62858.htm 1/1 全国人民代表大会常务委员会关于批准 《关于持久性有机污染物的斯德哥尔摩公约》的决定 (2004年6月25日通过) 第十届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第十次会议决定：批准于2001年5月22日在斯德哥尔摩通过、同 年5月23日中国政府签署的《关于持久性有机污染物的斯德哥尔摩公约》；同时声明，根据《公约》第25 条第4款的规定，对附件A、B或者C的任何修正案，只有在中华人民共和国对该修正案交存了批准、接受、 核准或者加入书之后方对中华人民共和国生效。
