市场监管总局办公厅关于印发《肉制品生 产监督检查操作指南》的通知 各省、自治区、直辖市和新疆生产建设兵团市场监管局（厅、 委）： 为进一步加强肉制品食品安全监管，指导各地市场监管部门规范肉制品 生产监督检查工作，提升食品安全监管科学化、规范化水平，根据《中华人 民共和国食品安全法》及其实施条例等法律法规、行政规范性文件和食品安 全国家标准的规定，总局组织制定了《肉制品生产监督检查操作指南》（以 下简称《指南》），现印发给你们，请结合实际认真贯彻落实。 《指南》为业务指导文件，不作为执法依据。各省级市场监管部门要结 合地方性法规规定和食品安全地方标准要求，进一步补充、细化《指南》内 容，并指导地方市场监管部门通过专题培训、现场交流、实地教学等方式， 帮助基层监管人员熟练掌握肉制品生产企业检查要点和检查方法，切实提升 监督检查水平。 附件：肉制品生产监督检查操作指南.pdf 市场监管总局办公厅 2024 年 7 月 8 日
