农业部关于实行黄河禁渔期制度的通告 为养护黄河水生生物资源、保护生物多样性、促进黄河渔业可持续发展和生态文明建设，根据《中 华人民共和国渔业法》有关规定和《中国水生生物资源养护行动纲要》要求，我部决定自 2018 年起 实行黄河禁渔期制度。现通告如下。 一、禁渔区 黄河干流；扎陵湖、鄂陵湖、东平湖等 3 个主要通江湖泊；白河、黑河、洮河、湟水、大黑河、窟 野河、无定河、汾河、渭河、洛河、沁河、金堤河、大汶河等 13 条主要支流的干流河段。 二、禁渔期 每年 4 月 1 日 12 时至 6 月 30 日 12 时。 三、禁止作业类型 所有捕捞作业类型。 四、其他要求 （一）各省（自治区）可根据本地实际，在上述禁渔规定基础上，适当扩大禁渔区范围，延长禁渔 期时间。 （二）在上述禁渔区和禁渔期内，因科学研究和驯养繁殖等活动需采捕黄河天然渔业资源的，须经 省级以上渔业主管部门批准。 五、实施时间 本通告自 2018 年 4 月 1 日起实施。 农业部 2018 年 2 月 8 日
