交通运输部关于国际海事组织《经 1978年议定书修订的<1973年国际 防止船舶造成污染公约>的 1997年议定书》附则修正案的生效公告 国际海事组织海上环境保护委员会第 66届会议以第 MEPC.251(66)号决议通过了 《经 1978年议定书修订的<1973年国际防止船舶造成污染公约>的 1997年议定书》(以下 称《1997年议定书》)附则修正案。 根据《经 1978年议定书修订的<1973年国际防止船舶造成污染公约>》(以下称《防 污公约》)第 16(2)(f)(iii)条和 16(2)(g)(ii)条规定，该修正案已于 2015 年 3月 1日被 视为默认接受，并将于 2015年 9月 1日生效。 我国是《防污公约》和《1997年议定书》的缔约国，在该修正案通过后未提出任何 反对意见，因此修正案对我国具有约束力。现将修正案的中文本予以公告，请遵照执行。 交通运输部（章） 2015年 8月 10日
