关于国际海事组织《修正<经 1978 年议定书修正的 1973 年国际防止船舶造成污染公约>的 1997年议 定书》将船舶能效规则纳入附则 VI 的修正案生效的公告 交通运输部 关于国际海事组织《修正<经 1978年议定书修正的 1973 年国际防止船舶造成污染公约>的 1997年议定 书》将船舶能效规则纳入附则 VI的修正案生效的公告 交通运输部公告 2012年 53 号 国际海事组织海上环境保护委员会第 62届会议于 2011年 7月 15日以第 MEPC.203(62)号决议通过了 《修正<经 1978年议定书修正的 1973年国际防止船舶造成污染公约>的 1997年议定书》将船舶能效规 则纳入附则 VI的修正案。根据《经 1978年议定书修正的 1973年国际防止船舶造成污染公约》（下称 《防污公约》）第 16(2)(f)(iii)条和第 16(2)(g)(ii)条的规定，上述修正案已于 2012年 7月 1日被 视为默认接受，并将于 2013 年 1月 1日生效。 我国是《防污公约》的缔约国，在上述修正案通过后未提出任何反对意见，因此修正案对我国具有约 束力。现将修正案的中文本予以公告，请遵照执行。 附件：第 MEPC.203(62)号决议中文本。 http://www.moc.gov.cn/zhuzhan/zhengwugonggao/jiaotongbu/haishijiulao/201211/P020121115589 533468801.pdf 中华人民共和国交通运输部（章） 二〇一二年十一月十五日 http://www.law-lib.com/law/lawml.asp?bbdw=%BD%BB%CD%A8%D4%CB%CA%E4%B2%BF
