<!-- page 1 --> 中华人民大和国海关总间 公告 2020年”第 103 号 为防范新冠肺炎疫情通 口冷链食品输入风险, 保护消费者 身体健康安全， 二从出新于站到 阳性的进口冷链食品境外 生产企业实施紧急预防性措施，有具体如下: 同一境外生产企业输华 二 多 2 次被检 出新冠病毒核酸阳性的，海关分别暂停接受该企业产品进口申报 1 周，期满后自动恢复; 同一境外生产企业先后被检出新冠病毒核酸 阳性 3 次及以上的,海关暂停接受该企业产品进口申报4周，期满 后自动恢复。 本公告自发布之日起生效。
