Rarotonga Motus (Prohibition of Leases) Amendment Act 1989-1990 COOK ISLANDS RAROTONGA MOTUS (PROHIBITION OF LEASES) AMENDMENT ACT 1989-90 ANALYSIS Title 1. Short Title and Commencement 2. Schedule 1989-90, No. 42 An Act to amend the Rarotonga Motus (Prohibition of Leases) Act 1981-82 (30 March 1990 BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of the Cook Islands in Session assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1. Short Title and commencement - (1) This Act may be cited as the Rarotonga Motus (Prohibition of Leases) Amendment Act 1989-90 and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Rarotonga Motus (Prohibition of Leases) Act 1981-82 (hereinafter referred to as "the principal Act"). (2) This Act shall come into force on a date to be appointed by the Minister and notified by publication in the Gazette. 2. Schedule - The principal Act is hereby amended by deleting the name of the motu "Koromiri" from the Schedule thereto. This Act is administered in the Justice Department University of the South Pacific
