Aitutaki Motus Prohibition of Leases Amendment Act 1981 COOK ISLANDS AITUTAKI MOTUS PROHIBITION OF LEASES AMENDMENT ACT 1981 ANALYSIS Title 1. Short Title 2. Amendment of Schedule 1981, No. 5 An Act to amend the Aitutaki Motus Prohibition of Leases Act (17 July 1981 BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of the Cook Islands in Session assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1. Short Title - This Act may be cited as the Aitutaki Motus Prohibition of Leases Amendment Act 1981 and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Aitutaki Motus Prohibition of Leases Act 1970 (hereinafter referred to as "the principal Act"). 2. Amendment of Schedule - The principal Act is hereby amended by omitting the name "Akitua" from the Schedule thereto. This Act is administered in the Justice Department. University of the South Pacific
