VI E/22/1 Beschluss über den Schutz von Vögeln Vom 25. Juni 1980 (Stand 1. Juli 1980) Der Regierungsrat, gestützt auf Artikel 7 Absatz 4 des kantonalen Jagdgesetzes vom 6. Mai 1979, beschliesst: Art. 1 1 Die nachstehenden Vogelarten werden auf dem ganzen Gebiet des Kantons als geschützt erklärt: Steinhuhn, Schneehuhn, Wachtel, Fasan, Wil de Gänse, Wilde Enten (ausgenommen die Stockente, die Tafelente und die Reiherente), Gänsesäger, Mittelsäger, Zwergsäger, Seetaucher, Bekassine, Waldschnepfe, Doppelschnepfe und Zwergschnepfe. Art. 2 1 Zuwiderhandlungen werden vom Richter mit Haft oder Busse bestraft. Art. 3 1 Dieser Beschluss tritt auf den 1. Juli 1980 in Kraft und ersetzt den Be schluss vom 26.
