In these regulations, "Aboriginal harvester", "GHL", "NR", "NRA", "RES", and "SHL" have the meaning assigned to those terms in the Big Game Hunting Regulations. R-099-2018,s.2. 1. Tags for big game may be obtained from a vendor by paying the fee set out in the Schedule. 3. A person who loses a licence or permit or part of a licence or permit issued under the Licences and Permits Regulations may apply for a replacement by (a) completing an application in the form approved by the Superintendent; and (b) paying (i) the fee set out in the Schedule for the replacement of a permit or licence, and (ii) if applicable, the fee set out in the Schedule for the purchase of a tag or authorization. 4. Notwithstanding sections 2, 3 and 4, during the period of July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021, the Superintendent may waive the fee payable for any item listed in the Schedule. R-103-2020,s.2. 4.1.
