TREATY LAND ENTITLEMENT WITHDRAWAL 1 W-13.2 REG 2 The Treaty Land Entitlement Withdrawal Regulations being Chapter W-13.2 Reg 2 (effective June 25, 1997) as amended by Saskatchewan Regulations 58/98, 13/1999, 25/2000, 85/2000, 8/2001, 94/2001, 45/2002, 9/2003, 36/2003, 8/2004, 118/2005, 11/2006, 94/2006, 70/2007, 102/2008, 68/2010, 70/2011 and 17/2012. Interpretation 2 In these regulations: (a) “Act” means The Wildlife Habitat Protection Act; (b) “Schedule” means the Schedule to the Act. 4 Jly 97 cW13.2 Reg 2 s2. Wildlife habitat lands withdrawn 3 For the purposes of the Framework Agreement within the meaning of subsection 9(2) of the Act, the lands listed in the Appendix: (a) are withdrawn from the Schedule mentioned in subsection 3(1) of the Act; and (b) cease to be designated as wildlife habitat lands pursuant to subsection 3(1.1) of the Act. 4 Jly 97 cW13.2 Reg 2 s3.
