(animal) “animal protection officer” means an officer, agent or employee of the society or any other person appointed by the Minister under section 8. q) préciser quels dispositifs il convient d’utiliser pour retenir les animaux; (r) respecting horse-hauling contests; r) régir les concours de tirage de chevaux; (s) respecting the board of directors of the society, including the composition of the board of directors, the number of board members, the election of board members, the appointment of board members by the Minister, the term of office of board members, vacan cies on the board of directors, quorum of the board of directors, the establishment of an executive committee of the board of directors, meetings of the board of di rectors, meetings of the executive committee of the board of directors, and transitional provisions in re spect of any of the matters referred to in this para graph;
