[...] Inconsistencies in regulations Incompatibilité — règlements (3) In the event of an inconsistency between a consolidated regulation published by the Minister under this Act and the original regulation or a subsequent amendment as registered by the Clerk of the Privy Council under the Statutory Instru ments Act, the original regulation or amendment prevails to the extent of the inconsistency. Interpretation Interprétation 2 In this Order, Act means The Natural Products Marketing Act of Saskatchewan; (Loi) broiler chicken means a chicken (a) produced from the egg of a domestic hen other than a chicken grown to a live weight of more than 5 1/2 pounds or to an age of more than six months, (b) not raised or used for egg production, and (c) produced by a licensed producer; (poulet à griller) Commodity Board means the Saskatchewan Broiler Chicken Producers’ Marketing Board established pur suant to the Act; (Office de commercialisation) Plan means the Saskatchewan Broiler Chicken Produc ers’ Marketing Plan established by Order 587/66 of March 18, 1966 made by the Lieutenant Governor in Council of Saskatchewan pursuant to the Act. (Plan) 2 Dans le présent décret, Loi désigne la loi intitulée The Natural Products Marke ting Act de la Saskatchewan; (Act) Office de commercialisation désigne l’office dit Saskat chewan Broiler Chicken Producers’ Marketing Board constitué en vertu de la Loi; (Commodity Board) Plan désigne le plan intitulé Saskatchewan Broiler Chi cken Producers’ Marketing Plan établi par le Décret 587/66 du lieutenant-gouverneur en conseil de la Saskat chewan le 18 mars 1966 en vertu de la Loi; (Plan) poulet à griller signifie un poulet a) qui est produit à partir de l’œuf d’une poule domes tique, autre qu’un poulet élevé jusqu’à un poids vif de plus de 5 1/2 livres ou jusqu’à l’âge de plus de six mois, b) qui n’est pas élevé ni utilisé pour la ponte, et c) qui est produit par un producteur autorisé.
