ENVIRONMENT ACT Pursuant to sections 108 and 144 of the Environment Act, the Commissioner in Executive Council orders as follows: 1. The annexed Recycling Fund Regulation is hereby made. Dated at Whitehorse, in the Yukon Territory, this 30th day of September, 1992. There is hereby established a special fund to be known as the Recycling Fund. Payments from Fund 2. The Minister of Community Services may consider representations from any person or organization respecting the purposes for which money from the fund may be used. (Section 2 amended by O.I.C. 2010/137) Annual financial statement 3. The Minister of Community Services shall cause to be prepared an annual financial statement and report on the activities of the fund. (Section 3 amended by O.I.C. 2010/137) RÈGLEMENT SUR LE FONDS DE RECYCLAGE Fonds de recyclage 1. Est établi par les présentes un fonds spécial appelé «Fonds de recy-clage». Affectation 2. Le ministre des Services aux collectivités peut prendre en considération les observations de toute personne et de tout organisme concernant les fins auxquelles le fonds peut être affecté.
