Prescribed Landfills Regulation Règlement sur les lieux d'enfouissement sanitaire désignés par règlement Regulation 180/2009 Registered November 10, 2009 Règlement 180/2009 Date d'enregistrement : le 10 novembre 2009 Prescribed landfills 1 For the purpose of section 15 of The Climate Change and Emissions Reductions Act, a landfill is a prescribed landfill if, as of December 31, 2009, it is in operation and has 750,000 tonnes or more of waste in place.
