[...] Inconsistencies in regulations Incompatibilité — règlements (3) In the event of an inconsistency between a consolidated regulation published by the Minister under this Act and the original regulation or a subsequent amendment as registered by the Clerk of the Privy Council under the Statutory Instru ments Act, the original regulation or amendment prevails to the extent of the inconsistency. Exemption Exemption 2 Pacific hake caught in those waters described in the Pacific Fishery Management Area Regulations as Ar eas 121, 123, 124, 125 and 126 are hereby excepted from the operation of section 29 of the Fisheries Act. 2 Le merlu du Pacifique pris dans les eaux désignées comme les secteurs 121, 123, 124, 125 et 126 dans le Rè glement sur les secteurs d’exploitation des pêcheries du Pacifique est soustrait à l’application de l’article 29 de la Loi sur les pêcheries.
