WILDLIFE ACT Pursuant to paragraph 192(1)(d) of the Wildlife Act, the Commissioner in Executive Council orders as follows 1. The Outfitting Concession Area Boundary Regulations (O.I.C. 1998/127) is revoked and the attached Outfitting Concession Area Boundary Regulation is hereby made. The boundaries for outfitting concession areas in the Yukon are set out on maps listed below. They are derived from the National Topographic Data Base, and maintained by the Department of Environment, Information Management and Technology Branch at 10 Burns Road in Whitehorse, Yukon. The maps are designated as Department of Environment (ENV) Outfitting Concession (OC). Ces cartes proviennent de la Base nationale de données topographiques et elles sont gérées par la Direction de la technologie et de la gestion de l’information du ministère de l’Environnement, située au 10 chemin Burns, à Whitehorse, Yukon. Les cartes sont désignées sous les acronymes ENV (ministère de l’Environnement) et OC (concessions de pourvoirie). Where the boundary of an outfitting concession area appears to follow the line represented by a road, creek, river, lake or the channel of a river, it shall, unless otherwise clearly indicated on the map, be deemed to follow the center of that line. Lorsque la limite d’un secteur de concessions de pourvoirie semble suivre un chemin, un ruisseau, une rivière, un lac ou le chenal d’un cours d’eau, il sera jugé, à moins qu’une interprétation différente n’apparaisse clairement sur la carte, qu’elle suit leur axe.
