[...] Inconsistencies in regulations Incompatibilité — règlements (3) In the event of an inconsistency between a consolidated regulation published by the Minister under this Act and the original regulation or a subsequent amendment as registered by the Clerk of the Privy Council under the Statutory Instru ments Act, the original regulation or amendment prevails to the extent of the inconsistency. Interpretation Interprétation 2 In this Order, Act means The Farm Products Marketing Act of On tario; (Loi) Board means The Farm Products Marketing Board of Ontario established under the Act; (Régie) Commodity Board means The Ontario Onion Produc ers’ Marketing Board established pursuant to the Act; (Office de commercialisation) onions means onions produced in Ontario; (oignons) Provincial Regulations means Ontario Regulation 129/66 as amended by Ontario Regulations 111/67, 238/67 and 279/69, made by the Board pursuant to the Act.
