Ontario Forest Tenure Modernization Act, 2011 ONTARIO REGULATION 111/12 ONTARIO LOCAL FOREST MANAGEMENT CORPORATIONS Consolidation Period: From May 29, 2012 to the e-Laws currency date. No amendments. This is the English version of a bilingual regulation. Nawiinginokiima Forest Management Corporation established 1. An Ontario local forest management corporation to be known in English as the Nawiinginokiima Forest Management Corporation and in French as Société de gestion forestière Nawiinginokiima is established as a corporation without share capital.
