Interpretation Interprétation 2 In this Order, Commodity Board means The Ontario Cream Produc ers’ Marketing Board established by Order of the Lieu tenant Governor in Council of Ontario pursuant to The Milk Act of Ontario; (Office de commercialisation) cream means cream delivered to a plant for manufacture into creamery butter; (crème) plant means a cheese factory, concentrated milk plant, cream receiving station, creamery, dairy or milk receiv ing station; (fabrique) producer means a producer engaged in the production of cream; (producteur) quota means a quota in pounds of milk-fat fixed and al lotted to a producer by the Commodity Board in relation to the volume of sales of cream by all producers. (contin gent) 2 Dans la présente ordonnance, contingent s’entend du contingent, exprimé en livres de matière grasse, fixé par l’Office de commercialisation et attribué par lui au producteur, en proportion du volume des ventes de crème par tous les producteurs; (quota) crème s’entend de la crème livrée à une fabrique pour la transformation en beurre; (cream) fabrique s’entend d’une fabrique de fromage ou de lait concentré, d’un poste de réception de crème, beurrerie ou poste de réception de lait; (plant) Office de commercialisation désigne l’office dit The On tario Cream Producers’ Marketing Board, établi par dé cret du lieutenant-gouverneur en conseil de l’Ontario, en vertu de la loi intitulée The Milk Act de l’Ontario; (Board) producteur désigne un producteur de crème. (producer) Ontario Cream Producers’ Marketing Levies Order Ordonnance sur les contributions à payer par les producteurs pour la commercialisa tion de la crème de l’Ontario Levies Contributions Section 3 Article 3 Current to November 21, 2016 2 À jour au 21 novembre 2016 Levies Contributions 3 (1) Every producer shall pay to the Commodity Board, in addition to the licence fees set out under the Ontario Cream Producers’ Marketing-for-Processing Plan, levies at the rate of $1 for each pound of butterfat sold or deliv ered by him to a plant that is in excess of the quota fixed and allotted to him. 3 (1) Le producteur doit payer à l’Office de commerciali sation, en plus des droits de permis prévus par l'Ontario Cream Producers’ Marketing-for-Processing Plan, des contributions de 1 $ par livre de matière grasse de lait qu’il vend ou livre à une fabrique en excédent du contin gent qui a été fixé et qui lui a été attribué. (2) The plant operator shall deduct from the moneys payable to a producer all levies payable by the producer to the Commodity Board under subsection (1) and shall pay such levies to the Commodity Board not later than the 15th day of the month following the month in which the levies were deducted. (2) L’exploitant de la fabrique doit déduire de tout mon tant payable à un producteur toutes les contributions que ce dernier doit payer à l’Office de commercialisation en vertu du paragraphe (1) et doit payer ces contributions à l’Office de commercialisation au plus tard le 15e jour du mois qui suit celui dans lequel les contributions ont été déduites.
