[...] Inconsistencies in regulations Incompatibilité — règlements (3) In the event of an inconsistency between a consolidated regulation published by the Minister under this Act and the original regulation or a subsequent amendment as registered by the Clerk of the Privy Council under the Statutory Instru ments Act, the original regulation or amendment prevails to the extent of the inconsistency. Interpretation Interprétation 2 In this Order, Act means The Farm Products Marketing Act of On tario; (Loi) Board means The Farm Products Marketing Board of Ontario established pursuant to the Act; (Régie) chicken means a chicken or any class or part thereof pro duced from the egg of a domestic hen where the chicken is less than six months of age and was produced in On tario; (poulet) Commodity Board means The Ontario Chicken Produc ers’ Marketing Board established pursuant to the Act; (Office de commercialisation) Plan means any plan for the marketing of chickens estab lished and amended from time to time pursuant to the Act and any regulations made pursuant to the Act to give effect to the Plan. (Plan) 2 Dans le présent décret, Loi désigne la loi intitulée The Farm Products Marketing Act de l’Ontario; (Act) Office de commercialisation désigne l’office dit The On tario Chicken Producers’ Marketing Board constitué en vertu de la Loi; (Commodity Board) Plan désigne tout plan de commercialisation des poulets adopté et, à l’occasion, modifié en vertu de la Loi et tout règlement établi en vertu de la Loi pour mettre le Plan à exécution; (Plan) poulet désigne un poulet, ou toute classe ou partie de poulet, provenant d’un œuf de poule domestique lorsque le poulet est âgé de moins de six mois et lorsqu’il a été produit en Ontario; (chicken) Régie désigne l’organisme dit The Farm Products Mar keting Board de l’Ontario constitué en vertu de la Loi.
