In this Act, "Aboriginal Organization" has the same meaning as in the Devolution Agreement; (organisation autochtone) "Aboriginal Party" means the Gwich’in Tribal Council, Inuvialuit Regional Corporation, Northwest Territory Métis Nation, Sahtu Secretariat Inc., Tåîchô Government and any other Aboriginal Organization that becomes a party in accordance with the Revenue Sharing Agreement; (partie autochtone) "Devolution Agreement" means the Northwest Territories Lands and Resources Devolution Agreement that was made on June 25, 2013; (entente sur le transfert des responsabilités) "Net Fiscal Benefit" has the same meaning as in the Devolution Agreement; (avantage financier net) "parties" means the Aboriginal Parties and the Government of the Northwest Territories; (parties) "Revenue Sharing Agreement" means the Northwest Territories Intergovernmental Resource Revenue Sharing Agreement between the Government of the Northwest Territories and the Aboriginal Parties that 1. (Aboriginal Party) Government bound 2. This Act binds the Government of the Northwest Territories. 2. La présente loi lie le gouvernement des Territoires du Nord-Ouest. Gouvernement lié Actions under this Act 3. (1) An action authorized by this Act must be carried out in accordance with the Revenue Sharing Agreement. 3. (1) Tout acte qu’autorise la présente loi doit être exécuté conformément à l’accord de partage des recettes. Acte autorisé Inconsistency with Agreement (2) In the event of an inconsistency or conflict between this Act and the Revenue Sharing Agreement, the Agreement prevails to the extent of the inconsistency or conflict. (2) Les dispositions de l’accord de partage des recettes l’emportent sur les dispositions incompatibles de la présente loi. Incompatibilité Net Fiscal Benefit 4. The Government of the Northwest Territories shall pay to each Aboriginal Party a share of the Net Fiscal Benefit in accordance with article 4 of the Revenue Sharing Agreement and Schedule A to that Agreement. 4. Avantage financier net Review of Agreement 5. Unless they agree otherwise, the parties shall review the Revenue Sharing Agreement in accordance with the provisions of that Agreement. 5.
