[...] Inconsistencies in regulations Incompatibilité — règlements (3) In the event of an inconsistency between a consolidated regulation published by the Minister under this Act and the original regulation or a subsequent amendment as registered by the Clerk of the Privy Council under the Statutory Instru ments Act, the original regulation or amendment prevails to the extent of the inconsistency. Interpretation Interprétation 2 In this Order, Act means the Natural Products Control Act of New Brunswick; (Loi) Commodity Board means the New Brunswick Egg Mar keting Board established pursuant to the Act; (Office de commercialisation) egg means the egg of a hen produced in New Brunswick; (œuf) hen means the hen of any class of the domestic chicken belonging to the species Gallus Domesticus. (hen) Levies Contributions 3 The Commodity Board is authorized (a) [Repealed, SOR/80-90] (b) in relation to the powers that may be granted to it with respect to the marketing of eggs in interprovin cial and export trade to make orders fixing, imposing and collecting levies or charges from persons situated within the Province of New Brunswick who are engaged in the marketing of eggs and, for such purpose, classifying such persons into groups and fixing the levies or charges payable by the members of the different groups in different amounts and the Commodity Board may use such levies or charges 3 L’Office de commercialisation est autorisé a) [Abrogé, DORS/80-90] b) à l’égard des pouvoirs qui peuvent lui être conférés, en ce qui concerne la vente des œufs sur le marché in terprovincial et dans le commerce d’exportation, par ordonnance, à fixer, imposer et percevoir des contri butions ou droits, de la part de personnes qui se trouvent dans la province du Nouveau-Brunswick et adonnées à la production ou au placement des œufs et, à cette fin, à classer ces personnes en groupes et à fixer les contribu tions ou droits payables par les membres des différents groupes en divers montants, à employer ces New Brunswick Egg Order Décret relatif aux oeufs du Nouveau-Brunswick Levies Contributions Section 3 Article 3 Current to November 21, 2016 2 À jour au 21 novembre 2016 for its purposes, including the creation of reserves and the payment of expenses and losses resulting from the sale or disposal of eggs and the equalization or adjust ment among the producers of eggs of moneys realized from the sale thereof during such period or periods of time as it may determine.
