Pour l’application du présent règlement, « permis de paissance » s’entend d’un bail ou d’une licence autorisant une personne à faire paître du bétail sur des terres territoriales. 2 Appl ication of Grazing Regulations (Applic ation du Règlement sur la paissance) 2 Application of Grazing Regulations 2 Application du Règlement sur la paissance Any territorial lands to which a grazing agreement applies are to be dealt with, in respect of the grazing agreement, as Yukon lands under the Lands Act. Il est disposé des terres territoriales auxquelles un permis de paissance s’applique comme s’il s’agissait de terres du Yukon au sens de la Loi sur les terres relativement au permis de paissance. 3 Exception – ex isting agreements (Exception appl icable aux permis ex istants) 3 Exception – existing agreements 3 Exception applicable aux permis existants Section 2 does not apply in respect of any grazing agreement that was made before the day on which this Regulation comes into force. L’article 2 ne s’applique pas relativement à un permis de paissance délivré avant la date d’entrée en vigueur du présent règlement.
