[...] Inconsistencies in regulations Incompatibilité — règlements (3) In the event of an inconsistency between a consolidated regulation published by the Minister under this Act and the original regulation or a subsequent amendment as registered by the Clerk of the Privy Council under the Statutory Instru ments Act, the original regulation or amendment prevails to the extent of the inconsistency. Interpretation Interprétation 2 In this Order, C.H.S. Chart means Canadian Hydrographic Service Chart; (carte S.H.C.) geographical coordinates of points means the latitude and longitude of points determined by reference to Columns III and IV in the description of Zones set out in the schedule.
