YUKON CANADA FOREST SUPERVISOR ORDER 2022/001 FOREST PROTECTION ACT ORDONNANCE DU DIRECTEUR DES FORETS 2022/001 101 SUR LA PROTECtION DES FORETS Pursuant to the Forest Protection Act and the Forest Protection Regulation (2003), the Forest supervisor orders I Effective immediately, Yukon is declared to be a closed area and a closed district. 2 All open fires, including campfires, are prohibited in the closed area and closed district. 3 The use of a fireplace, stove or other facility provided for that purpose in a campground within the meaning of the Yukon Campground Regulations is allowed until further notice.
